Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Psalm 42:5  Why are you cast down, Oh my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wnts, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen
