Pray: Lord hear Your words:  Proverbs 28:3 He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy. 

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen.
