Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: 1 Peter 5:6-7 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you.  

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen
