Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Matthew 26:41  Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation, the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. 

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen
